What are Harders Syrups?
Harders Hawaii Premium Syrups have been made in Hawaii since 1933. Trusted by many local shave ice businesses, our syrups are made with cane sugar and premium ingredients. Use them for shave ice, Italian sodas, craft cocktails, mocktails, coffee, ice teas, desserts, even baking!
Some syrups contain fruit puree that may cause particles and cloudiness.
Usage ratios?
On shave ice: Straight out of the bottle. No dilution needed.
For drink: 1 part syrup to 5 parts chilled water or soda water.
1 gallon can make up to 6 gallons of drink when mixed with water.
What is the shelf life?

Harders Syrups – 1 year from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed.

Harders Sugar-Free Syrups – 60 days from production date, even after opening. Must keep refrigerated, although stable enough to last unrefrigerated during shipping.
Can I use these syrups in a slush machine?
- No, Harders syrups are not designed to freeze and can over-freeze, which may damage the motor and mixer over time.
Instead, use Tropical Freeze Mixes that contains more flavor and is formulated for proper freezing and smooth slush texture.
