12 PACK GALLON SYRUP (SHIPPING INCLUDED)
WHAT IS THIS?
This is a shipped product, with shipping price included for convenience. This is not for pick up. This is a set of 12 gallons of Harders ready-to-use syrups mainly for shave ice, but are often used for mixed drinks, Italian sodas, desserts, and baking. Our syrups are not concentrates and are meant to be poured straight on top of shave ice. All of our syrups are made in Hawaii, made with cane sugar and many using real fruit.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.A. Free Shipping only applies to the 12 gallon pack. Other items in your cart will be charged for shipping.
ORDERING
Not for pick up at factory. Shipping to Hawaii and U.S. Mainland is available, excluding PO Boxes for 12 pack gallons. Only listed flavors can be ordered; unclear selections will delay processing. Samples are available for purchase for uncertain choices. No returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING RISK
There are risks with shipping our heavy syrups from Hawaii to the mainland or outer islands. Note that FedEx/UPS shipping gallon size syrups will be done at your own risk, with a breakage rate of 1 in 200. If breakages occur, Island Maid Inc / Harders Hawaii will work to file a claim, however, in the event that the claim is denied, we will not be able to re ship your order. Instead, a store credit equal to the amount of the damaged portion or a partial refund (less a 4% fee) will be issued. Ocean freight shipping is recommended, taking 5-7 weeks with additional charges. Contact us for ocean freight details.
SHELF LIFE
Harders syrups last 1 year from production; expiration dates are on bottles. Refrigeration is not needed, except for Sugar-Free syrups which last 60 days in the fridge. Consider shelf life when ordering.
LEAD TIME
Orders usually take 3 business days to build, longer for over 24 gallons.
