Harders Shave Ice Concentrates are proudly Made In Hawaii. ​These concentrates offer an easy and economical way to make authentic Harders Shave Ice Syrups.​

1 bottle of shave ice concentrate can make 8+ gallons of ready to use syrup.

We only offer shave ice concentrates in these 6 flavors. Please check out our fruit extract section for more options and instructions on how to make your own syrup. Many of our syrup flavors are made with real fruit so we are not able to make them in a concentrated version. 

HOW TO USE HARDERS SHAVE ICE CONCENTRATES

1. Pour 3oz of concentrate into 1 gallon of simple syrup. 
2. Shake or mix well. 
3. Done! 

USING 2oz SAMPLES

1. Pour 2oz of concentrate into 85oz of simple syrup. 
2. Shake or mix well. 
3. Done! 

HOW TO MAKE A GALLON SIMPLE SYRUP

1. Dissolve 5lbs - 6.5 lbs of white granulated sugar into 1/2 gallon of hot water.
2. Shake or mix well. 
3. Done! 

​ADD 1/2 OUNCE OF SYRUP PRESERVATIVE TO MAKE YOUR SYRUP SHELF STABLE FOR UP TO 1 YEAR. 

STORAGE / SHELF LIFE

Shave ice concentrates can be stored at room temperature and have a shelf life of 2 years from purchase date, even after opening. Please note the shelf life of concentrates is different from ready to use syrups.
