LILIKOI BUTTER MOCHI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Stick unsalted butter or plant-based substitute 
  • 4 Cups (or 1-28oz bottle) Harders Lilikoi syrup
  • 16oz Mochiko flour (1 box)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  • Melt butter and mix 4 cups Lilikoi syrup in a large bowl. 
  • Add 4 large eggs, mix well. 
  • Pour in the mochiko and baking powder. 
  • Stir until batter is totally smooth. 
  • Pour mix into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden. 
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
