LILIKOI BUTTER MOCHI

- 1 Stick unsalted butter
- 4 Cups (or 1-28oz bottle) Harders Lilikoi syrup
- 16oz Mochiko flour (1 box)
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 Teaspoon Baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Melt butter and mix 4 cups Lilikoi syrup in a large bowl.
- Add 4 large eggs, mix well.
- Pour in the mochiko and baking powder.
- Stir until batter is totally smooth.
- Pour mix into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
