DIRTY SODAS
Use Harders syrups to create dirty sodas which are a combination of soda, Harders syrup, and a splash of cream for a fizzy, creamy, and customizable drink.
Classic Dirty Soda Ingredients
- Soda Base: Diet Coke, Dr Pepper, Sprite, or Mountain Dew (12 oz per serving)
- Creamy Element: 1–2 tablespoons half-and-half, heavy cream, or coconut/almond creamer for dairy-free options
- Harders Syrup: 1–2 tablespoons (coconut, vanilla, raspberry, peach, cherry, or pineapple)
- Citrus: Juice of 1/4 lime or lemon to balance sweetness
- Ice: Crushed or nugget ice for best texture
Basic Preparation
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the soda base.
- Add the flavored syrup and stir gently.
- Drizzle in the cream or creamer.
- Squeeze in fresh lime or lemon juice and stir lightly.
- Serve immediately for maximum fizz and layered appearance
