Do you ship to the continental U.S.?
Yes, we ship Harders Syrups, Extracts, Colors, and Sparkling Water. We do not ship Portion Cup Juices and Water. Simply begin your online order and enter your U.S. address at checkout.
Continental U.S. Shipping rate is typically $55 per 4 gallon case (plus cost of syrup).

Do you ship to the Hawaiian outer islands?
Yes, we ship Harders Syrups, Extracts, Colors, and Sparkling Water. We do not ship Portion Cup Juices and Water. Simply begin your online order and enter your U.S. address at checkout.
Hawaii Shipping rate is typically $35 per 4 gallon case (plus cost of syrup).

Can I ocean freight large orders to my address?

Yes, we recommend ocean freighting large orders. Current lead time is 5-7 weeks from point of ordering. Minimum order is 144 gallons. Shipping costs is roughly half of FedEx. Please contact us to learn more. 

Can I take syrups on an airplane?
No, we do not approve or recommend taking items as luggage. Please review our terms and conditions for more information.

What shipping methods do you use?
For gallon syrup or extract orders, we use either UPS or FedEx.
For our Harders 4 pack Special, we use USPS.
Shipping services may vary based on size of order and location, and are subject to change without notice.

How long do orders take to process and ship out?

Outer Island orders- We ship via UPS and do ship outs on only Tuesdays and Fridays with shipping times between 1-3 business days.  Orders under 10 gallons can be pulled and packed withing 24 hours. Orders above that may need additional days to make. Please plan ordering accordingly.

Mainland orders- We ship via FedEx and USPS (for 25 oz bottles and sample orders) and do ship outs every Tuesdays and Fridays with shipping times between 4-7 business days. Orders under 10 gallons can be pulled and packed withing 24 hours. Orders above that may need additional days to make. Please plan ordering accordingly.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays during transit. 

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is included for convenience on our Harders 12 gallon pack and our Harders Sparkling Water can packs.
Shipping is available only for verified U.S. Addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
If you order a single Harders 4 Pack Special or sample, we can ship it to your P.O. Box. If you are ordering gallon sizes, we are not able to ship them to PO boxes. Please provide a street address for gallon size orders.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
We do not ship to APO AE addresses at this time. We thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship internationally or to Canada?
We do not ship internationally or to Canada at this time.

How many gallons fit into a case for shipping?
Our Harders cases fit 4 gallons for shipping.

How heavy is 1 gallon of syrup?
1 gallon of Harders Syrup is 11lbs.
