Pour syrup straight onto shave ice. No dilution or mixing required.
Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts chilled water or club soda.

Only Harders Tropical Slush Mixes should be used in slush machines. Regular Harders syrup is not formulated to freeze in a slush machine and will, over time, damage the motor and mixer due to over freezing. Harders Tropical Freeze mixes are packed with more flavor than regular syrup and will give you an optimal slush texture and flavor.
How to make slush:
Pour 1 part slush mix into the slush machine.
Pour 4 parts water into the slush machine.
Follow your specific slush machine's instructions on start-up and maintenance.
Harders Syrups - 1 year from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed.
Harders Sugar-Free Syrups - 60 days from production date, even after opening. Must keep refrigerated, although stable enough to last unrefrigerated during shipping.
Harders Extracts and Colors- 3 years from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed.
Syrups, Extracts, and Colors do not have to be refrigerated EVEN AFTER OPENING. Please keep in a cool dry area.
Yes, we only use cane sugar to sweeten our syrups. We do not use any high fructose corn syrup. Our sugar-free syrups use sucralose as a sweetener.
Harders sugar-free syrups are made with a small amount pure sucralose. No maltodextrin or dextrose. They are diabetic & Keto friendly!
