Lower mainland shipping rates

We were able to lower our FedEx shipping rates for mainland shipping gallon syrups after the brief increase during the beginning of June. We hope to maintain this rate for as long as possible. We thank you for your business and patience.

Updated shipping policy
Dear Valued Customers,
We go above and beyond when it comes to packing and protecting your order. However, there are risks with shipping our heavy syrups from Hawaii to the mainland or outer islands. Note that FedEx/UPS shipping gallon size syrups will be done at your own risk, with a breakage rate of 1 in 200. If breakages occur, Island Maid Inc / Harders Hawaii will work to file a claim, however, in the event that the claim is denied, we will not be able to re ship your order. Instead, a store credit equal to the amount of the damaged portion or a partial refund (less a 4% fee) will be issued. Ocean freight shipping is recommended, taking 5-7 weeks with additional charges.
