After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

For both Hawaii Outerisland and U.S. Mainland orders, expect up to 10 days processing time and 2-5 days shipping depending on your address and size of order. Orders larger than 24 gallons will take more time to process and ship.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped out.

Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any changes.
Changes cannot be guaranteed if we are notified more than 24 hours after an order is placed.

Please contact us. Provide as many detailed pictures of the damage as this is required to submit a claim to the shipping company.

If it has been longer than 2 weeks since your order was placed and you still have not received your order, please contact us.

Yes, you can pick up your order anytime later during the week. We are open Monday - Thursdays 7am - 2:30pm.
