Harders Hawaii Premium Syrups have been made in Hawaii since 1933. Trusted by many local shave ice businesses, our syrups are made with cane sugar and premium ingredients. Use them on shave ice, for mixed drinks, even baking!
Some syrups contain fruit puree that may cause particles and cloudiness.
What is the shelf life?

Harders Syrups – 1 year from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed.

Harders Sugar-Free Syrups – 60 days from production date, even after opening. Must keep refrigerated, although stable enough to last unrefrigerated during shipping.
